How to set a discharge order?

i'm trying to set a discharge order to a transporter, i tried shortest by distance but it keep skiping some discharge points.

It's hard to know how to help without looking at your model. To receive a more accurate solution, please post your model or a sample model that demonstrates your question.

You need to upload the model or tell us how you're creating the tasks.

Is it done as single tasks in a process flow or is it using standard "Use Transport" task sequences on the fixed resources? Is there another dispatcher in between the two?

If you can't upload your full model then try building a test/example model that you can share.
