How to re-enable my educational licenses

I'm having trouble activating my educational license at UFSM (Brazil). I have a license for 30 computers, but I was only able to activate it in 5 of them. When I open FlexSim, I go to "Main Menu> Help> License Activation> Activation ID" and when I click on "Activate", the following error message appears:

"Operations error: 7288 The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because fulfill count exceeded the available seat count. [Incident# 6786-68514]", as showed in attached file.

I am sending a PrintScreen attached so that you can view the error message and also the status of my licenses in use. As per the image, my number of activations was not exceeded. I am currently using FlexSim version 17.1.2 and have no other installed. How do I proceed to perform the activation successfully?

Even though it says you still have 25 seats available for your 17.1 license on the My Licenses page of your account, those 25 seats are being used in older activations of the license. You will need to return those seats from the older activations before the 17.1 seats become available. I am sending you a CSV file through email that has information about the 25 seats so you can return them. Once they are returned, you should be able to activate the 17.1 license for the remaining 25 seats.
