[ FlexSim HC 5.3.10 ]

I need to find the waiting time of patients in waiting room+ observation room (Along with the patients waiting to arrive inside the clinic). I tried with data collector, It is working on the dashboard but on exporting files ( after running the experiment) it is not showing anything there.

Please help me with extracting the waiting time data from this model.Final.fsm

It looks like this question may be part of a homework assignment or academic project. The professors who assign simulation modeling exercises using FlexSim expect that the academic integrity of their assignments will be maintained. In addition, we are supportive of Honor Codes (or Honor Pledges) that regulate the behavior surrounding academic assignments.

I recommend checking out our best practices page on the subject (https://answers.flexsim.com/articles/78339/flexsims-policy-on-academic-integrity-best-practic.html), which includes some resources that you should find helpful as you use FlexSim for academic purposes. I also highly recommend Dr. Allen Greenwood’s FlexSim Primer (https://flexs.im/primer), which was written specifically for students and professors.

If nothing else works, you can add a new row to a global table by standard picklist trigger option. You can record any staytime by a simple mechanism. You set a label value of current runtime, when a person enters an observed area and you compute a difference to actual time when a person leaves an area. You store this result in a global table. On Experiment finish event you export this table.
