How to prevent the collision between transporters that are following the same network?

You can set the connection between Network Nodes as "Non-Passing." (Right click on the green arrow on the connection between two nodes, and select "Non-Passing.") You'll know that it works, if the arrow turn yellow.
You can also set the Default connecting of a network to Non-Passing by right clicking on a network node, and selecting Default Connecting > Non-Passing.
