How to make patients wait in the waiting room

When FlexSim HC 4.3, I'm able to make incoming patients wait in waiting room if the register desk is occupied, as shown in the first picture. With version 5.0.8, the patient has to wait in the door if the register desk is occupied as shown in the second picture. How am I able to make patients wait in the waiting room with version 5.0.8?

All you need to do is select the waiting room, open the Entrance Criteria panel in Quick Properties, edit the parameters of the field that says Standard Entrance Criteria, there you'll see at the bottom it says, "Allow patients walking unattended to enter regardless of their assigned destination: NO." Change the NO to a YES and then patients will walk to the waiting room by default.

In 4.3 all waiting rooms had this option turned on by default, but this is the basically the only situation where this option is useful. We turned this option off by default because it was causing lots of problems for people later on in their models. We were getting lots of people sending us their models asking us why patients were randomly going to waiting rooms. In order to fix this, we made it so a user has to explicitly enable this option.
