How to make connectors to other areas of the Process Flow

I remember seing a model at a training where different processes in the Process Flow were connected with bubbles similar to this image which leads to another bubble.

But I can't find the model and I can't figure out how to do this.

Here I just use the connector shape but it doesn't work.

Also, how do I connect the start of the arrow to the container and not the tasks itself. When I try I get a bunch or splitterpane errors.

Hello @Patrick Cloutier,

You will make a normal connection between the activities/containers. Then select the connector and you will see an option in the properties to change the type
