How to Increase the capacity of patient traveling into an elevator?

I would like to maximize the number of patients traveling with the elevator, currently it one takes one person at a time and only uses one bank of the elevator even though there are 2 banks? any help would be appricaiated

The way to increase the capacity of the elevator is to increase the Elevator Capacity field. By default, that number is high enough that multiple people should be using the elevator at once. I'm not sure why only one person is using the elevator at a time in your model. You should attach your model if you want us to look at it.

This is an issue with your patient flow, not with the elevator.

Only the person who acquires Registration leaves the line and goes to another floor. Everyone else waits in the line in front of the elevator until they can acquire Registration.
