Hi! I have a problem with my model. I need to create the clinic opening activity (machine start up) before the patient enters in the clinic (so before the patient flow). I created a new process flow in which one technician turns on all the machines, the problem is that he makes this process continuously. how can I make this process runs just one time?

You can try creating one token instead of many. If you are creating many tokens, the process will run more than once. If you create one token, the process will only be completed one time.
