The only options stated at the Stat Chart Properties only shows Average, Minimum and Maximum. Is it possible to find the 95 Percentile of the Staytime?

95% confidence interval is not 95th percentile. Unfortunately, you might have to cumulate all values in a table, then sort them to find the percentile. You definitely need the entire history to have percentiles.
