You find your process flows in the toolbox. If you closed the process flow window, you open the window from the toolbox.
If you zoomed out your process flow to look far away or you moved it from the visual area of your window, you open the context menu by a right mouse button click in the Process Flow window. Then you choose: View > Size to Fit.
If your several activities blocks are far apart, then you open the model tree. You go along the model tree to Tools - Process Flow - YourProcessFlow. If you expand YourProcessFlow by clicking the plus icon, you can highlight each activity and look in the Quick Properties on the right side of FlexSim Program window its location x, y and z values and compare them with other activities locations. If the values are far apart you change the values, that they are nearer together. Then you can do Size to Fit again.
