How to display alternate groups on dashboard widgets?

I have 3 resource groups for MDs in my simulated clinic. I'm trying to display the data on them under ONE group. I put them all in an alternate group and named it "All_MDs", but I can't select the alternate group to be displayed in the staff utilization widget.

Just like there's a CNA group with all the CNA members under it, I want all the MDs to be under one group although they are in 3 different locations. My alternate group "All_MDs", which includes all three groups, is not showing up.

Any tips?

Unfortunately this ability isn't in the software currently. We are working on it for a future release. For now you would need to use a custom data collector in conjunction with a user-defined chart widget to display the combined utilization of all MD's in a dashboard, or you can export the raw data to an external application like Excel and plot it there.
