Hi gilbert jerald ,

You have to make an "S" connection between the exit transfer object and the operator and check the use transport option under exit transfer object property window for making use of the operator to pick flow items.

You need to have an "S" connection from the exit transfer on the conveyor to the dispatcher, then "A" connections from the dispatcher to each of the operators. Then double-click on the exit transfer to open its properties and select the box by "Use Transport." See example model attached.
