How to avoid the Blocked status

Hi,

I have several operators working on the same task sequence. Is there a way to prevent the 'blocked' status? I tried changing the trigger on both the dispatcher and the operators to 'on available resource' but I wasn't successful.

Any advice is appreciated. My model is attached.

That is just the reality of having multiple task executers work in close proximity while using the A* navigator - they will block each other.

What might help is to enforce certain travel corridors with mandatory paths or barriers that block travel in some directions. For example have dedicated "up" and "down" lanes between the conveyor and rack and only travel along those in a single direction.

Other that that, if you want the operators to move freely, either disable the collision avoidance of the navigator or don't use A* at all.
