How to animate my operator and crane together at the same time?

Hello,

I am having trouble with my model and look for some help. What I want to do is to move an object from my processor to a queue with an operator and the crane, I have accomplish this with a dispatcher but in the model the crane is not moving, only the operator moves. How can I set to the crane the animation to do this task??

I want both to be utilize at the same time (which they are now) and to use an animation of the crane and operator ( the movement of up and down of the crane).
