How i can close queue input while processor is working?

Use Trigger functions on the processor (On Entry, On Setup, On Process Finish, On Exit might be good options). Control -> Close And Open Ports

Either refer to the queue directly with the sampling tool or relative to the processor (for example, current.inObjects[1] for the first upstream object).
