How do I recover licenses that exceeded the number of activations?

I recently had to reinstall the operating system on the machines where FlexSim was installed and forgot to return the license, now how do I recover the activations?

Hi @Mateus P,

If you installed the same Operating System on the same hardware, it is possible that activating the same license on that computer will still work. So you could try that first.

If that does not work, or if you have lost your FlexSim license due to a crashed or stolen computer, or forgot to return licenses before wiping the computer or reinstalling the operating system, please contact your local distributor directly.
