How do I move a group from one group folder to another?

I'm trying to move a group from one group folder to another, but it doesn't appear to work. I've tried moving it down, moving it to the bottom, clicking and dragging it from one group to another, but nothing appears to work. Could you please let me know what else I should try? Thanks.

I just figured it out - you have to drag and drop over the Group folder name itself. Dragging into the list of groups within the destination folder doesn't work.
