How do I change colour of “Task Executor Flowitems” (people)?

I am trying to simulate customers queuing in a fair, but why all customers, which is the "Task Executive Flowitems", coming from the Source, look exactly the same. (Like the photo attached below)

How do I change the colour of the people, Task Executive Flowitems, like the following photo? Thanks!!
