How Can Transporter Load box directly on AGV instead of through processor?

Hi,

Made Transportation model of AGV. Item load on AGV through processor. Need to transport & load box from queue on AGV by Transporter without Processor. Is it possible to do this. If yes so can i use 2 separate transporters for two AGV. My Model is attached.

Hi @Abhijeet P,

I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say the item is being loaded "through the processor". It looks like your Item is being processed, then sent to a pickup point. The AGV then comes and covers the item on the pickup point.

To get a Fork Lift to load the item for you, you will need to adjust your AGV process flow in the "Loading" section:

The first "Travel to Pickup Location" refers to the AGV travelling to the item. The "Resource: Transporters" points to a group where all of your Fork Lifts are located. The subsequent "Load" and "Unload" activities refer to the forklift loading the item onto the AGV.

@ Benjamin W2 thanks for your reply. But change in process flow not work. I want to remove processor from model and item load on AGV by only Forklift. Can you help for this.

@Abhijeet P, where do you want the item to come from? Would you like it to be transported directly from "Coal on Jetty" to the agv or would you like it to be transported to the pickup point, then loaded onto the AGV? Additionally, when do you want "Coal on Jetty" to push items to "Tata Hitachi" vs. this new pickup point?

These are important questions that will need to be answered in order to build the model correctly.

@Benjamin W2 Thanks for reply. I want to transfer item from Coal on jetty to on AGV with help of Transporter. Means when AGV arrives at pickup point Transporter pickup item from coal on jetty and travel to AGV and load item on AGV. Coal on jetty push the items to AGV when AGV arrives on Pickup point. Please find attached model for your reference in this model all other processor like TATA Hitachi is deleted. Also added Transporter 2 to transfer item from Coal on jetty to second AGV similar to transporter1.AGV process flow Model_ jetty operation-1.fsm

I think you might want something a little simpler than what you have. The AGV process flow is a great tool for complicated processes, but it might be a little bulky for what you are trying to do. Check out this example model:
