Hi, I have a simulation of a small bakery, which sells 4 types of bread and I would like to configure the output of the products sold at different times and in different quantities. I would appreciate if someone could guide me to correctly configure the actual process of the bakery in terms of product output.

Attached is the model and data taken from sales in 3 days.

I think the first thing you need to do is transform your production data sheet into something more machine readable so that you can translate it into batches of ingredients for the Amasadora and Corte_y_pesado. A combiner needs a common ingredient to enter on port 1 for every product, so if there is none you'll need to overcome that - or you could consider using the Fluid Objects, or creating something generic in process flow.
