How can I change license server?

We are in the process of changing and updating servers in our laboratories. We need urgent help to install the FlexSim license manager to another server.
Shows us this error message:
Operations error: 7288    The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because fulfill count exceeded the available seat count. [Incident# 9793-80473]

Hi @laboratorio computacion,

The 7288 error happens if your license is already activated somewhere. Your license should first be returned from your old license server before it can be activated on your new license server.

For your new license server, be sure to download the latest License Server tools and carefully follow the installation instructions included in the .zip.
