Hi,
today after the weekend I run flexsim and I found some strange behavior in the graphics.
Can someone help me?
I already updated the graphic driver, I uninstalled and reinstalled flexsim, I set compatibly mode, but nothing changed!
I believe that some automatically windows update are installed, but now how can I restore flexsim?
Any suggestion are really appreciated!
We've seen this issue once before (last month). The symptoms seem to indicate that the Scintilla dll (FlexSim\program\SciLexer.dll) is being blocked by something. Running as an administrator also resolved the issue for the other user.
We were unable to replicate the issue on any of our machines. If you can find out more about what is happening, please let us know.
In March 2017, it was revealed by Wikileaks that the Notepad++ SciLexer.dll was being hijacked and replaced with a modified scilexer.dll built by the CIA. Perhaps because of that news, some antivirus software vendors are blocking the SciLexer.dll. This is just speculation; on the other PC with this error, everything seemed to look fine. We couldn't determine what was actually blocking the dll.
