Global variables in FS2023

[ FlexSim 23.1.1 ]

I don't see Global Variable (or Global Macros) in the library in 23.1.1 (Express version for the moment as I await my new employer's license)

Did they go away or move, or are they just unavailable in Express? I sure hope it's the latter because I use Global Macros a lot to make my code more readable....

ETA - Ditto Tracked Variables - I don't see them either

The license is indeed the reason you are not seeing those. They are still available in the full version.

The table at the link below is generally kept up-to-date with what features are available per license type. You can see for Global and Tracked variables are not available in FlexSim Express.
