Floworks Time until next event error

I've encountered an error "Time until next event error" using FloWorks. error.png.

I'm speculating that the error happens when an OGV is almost full (with 0.001 more litres to full) and when the barge entering with full tank ready to unload. Am I on the right track? Any help is appreciated.

In addition, the error message indicates that we can "recalculateflowrates" how can I do that?

I have just realized that the model has a Flow Tank acting as a storage which has its maximum storage set to 0.001. This seems to cause the issue of "Time until next event error" as if I were to change the value to 0 or 0.005, the error will not be seen. Though I do not understand why.
