Flexsim won't launch

I've been working on a model for some time. Today, I had a CTD while working on it. I rebooted and now I can't get Flexsim to launch at all. I get this screen:

You'll want to try the various suggestions listed in our article FlexSim installation or startup error - FlexSim Community.

I would start with deleteing the prefs.t file (suggestion 5) as it may have been corrupted by the crash.

If that doesn't fix it, try working through the other suggestions. One or more of these suggestions will fix more than 99% of all installation or startup issues.
