FlexSim Webserver not launching

Hi,

When I start the webserver for the first time, it says

idealTree:webserver: sill idealTree buildDeps

and won't go any further.

I have modified firewall settings to allow the following connections.

https://www.npmjs.com/

Have you hit on any possible causes of the problem?

We have instructed the customer to these steps, but they have not worked, and the log shows that the request to http://registry.npmjs.org/activedirectory failed.

We are asking the customer to review their network settings to see if there are any issues with the connection to http://registry.npmjs.org/activedirectory.

The npm install went fine, but when the customer try to start the FlexSim webserver he gets an error:

listen EACCES: permission denied 0.0.0.0:80

Try using a port number above 1024.

The customer edited the flexsim webserver configuration.txt, used port 8080, and was able to start the webserver without any errors. Thank you.

However, the customer says that even if he sets Model Uploading to yes in the flexsim webserver configuration.txt, the Upload button does not appear. I was unable to reproduce the problem.

Do you have any ideas?

The customer contacted us saying that the upload button was displayed after specifying the port number. This problem has been resolved. Thank you.
