FlexSim webserver does not work dashboard (remains blank after execution).

Dashboard shows fine in FlexSim ver2021/2022.

but when its model opened with FlexSim webserber ver2021, dashboard keeps blank after simuration running.

We are using ver2021, is there anything else we can try?

I wasn't able to replicate this issue. I tried in FlexSim 21.0.10, and I tried in FlexSim Japanese 21.0.8. I also tried both with an Express license, instead of an Enterprise license, since the screenshot shows a model limit. In all cases, the charts drew correctly, both in the browser and in the instance of FlexSim.

I have several questions that may help to determine the cause:

• Does this issue happen only in this model? Or do other models draw the Table chart correctly in the webserver?
• Does this issue happen if you use the English version of FlexSim?
• When you view the model in the web browser, have you tried opening the browser's Javascript Console? If so, what errors does it report?
• Is there anything unusual or unique about the computer running the webserver?

This sounds more like an issue with FlexSim's CEF html view being unable to access certain directories or files on a multi-user system configuration rather than an issue with the web server itself. Sounds like it is similar to Dashboard charts display nothing, only an empty white square - FlexSim Community
