Hi @Kim Rea ,
It is always best practice to use the latest bugfix of the latest FlexSim version. New features, improvements, and bug fixes make your simulations more stable, more powerful, and easier to build.
You can find tables in the following article showing which FlexSim versions are currently under active support:
Software Support Lifecycle - FlexSim Community
While version 22.2 is past its standard lifecycle, you will likely find that at this time it still works just fine on your computer when used with the latest Windows updates and drivers applied.
Additionally, you will find plenty of information in this community for many older FlexSim versions or be able to get help from community members for older software versions. In addition, some features in older versions remain the same in later versions, so an answer for a later version could still be applicable for your older version, depending on the specific question.
This community is a public forum and community members are encouraged to help one another and answer questions.
FlexSim-provided support is reserved for customers with an active maintenance contract and for FlexSim versions in their supported lifecycle.
