Flexsim using existing license

I work for EJ Gallo and I am trying to use our existing license to use the software. We already have two licenses.

Hi @Demetre T,

We received your activation request. As @Jörg Vogel notes, please make sure you post confidential license information only to private questions. When creating your question, be sure to check the box to make it private.

The activation request sent to us was for a defunct FlexSim 6.0 license. This license is no longer valid since it has upgrades that have previously been put into service.

The 7.7 license is the most recent upgrade for the licenses owned by your firm. Please contact the license owner to get the full activation ID to generate a new activation request.

To discuss more specifics on your license info, please create a new private question.

@Ben Wilson Thank you for your response. I remember clicking private for the question submission so I am not sure what happened. I appreciate your help, I will contact my colleagues for the 7.7 license and submit a private question.
