Hi after the installer was downloaded by following the upgrade link from the FlexSim Start Page, it did not start the installation process. The file size is half of the usual. Is there something wrong?

Hello @David Chan,

I just downloaded the installer and it is twice the size you are showing in your file explorer. I updated FlexSim 23.0 on my computer with this download. Could you try downloading from the site again?

@Jeanette F Sorry, I failed to mention that I downloaded the failed version by following upgrade link from the FlexSim start page. Later I am able to download the full version by going to the Download page. Are both point to the same installer file?

Thank you for reporting this.

Yes, both the in-software upgrade and the website will download the same installer file.

The issue here is that our initial upload of the new installers failed to complete properly. There was a period of several hours when broken/incomplete installers were being served. You must have attempted the download during that time. Sorry about that!

All installers should now be uploaded and working properly. Please let us know if you find that is not the case.

Hi, I just came here to say I had this same issue as of the time that I am posting this comment.

The download prompt from the program start page was half the size and did not launch the installer. The download from the website works fine.

The download from the start page was the user manual. This has been corrected and I have verified that the start page download prompt leads to the correct download.
