Hello:

Flexsim 2022 fail in my laptop. What happend?

Suddenly, my laptp turned off. After that I turned on it and it has started Windows update. Then, I started Flexsim 2022 and it didn't work. (fig 1)

I did install and uninstall several times Flexsim and the problem continues. In the Global Preferences doens´t appear any type of Enviroment (fig 2)

How could I fix it?

You could try first delete FlexSim's saved settings as described in number 5 of this article.
