I am working with FlexSim and I need help implementing a dispatching logic. I have multiple combiners (C11, C12, C13, C14, to C51, C52, C53 and C54) with different cycle times and a single operator. When several items are finished, the operator should always pick the first available item respecting FIFO aspect.
In addition, when dispatching items to storage queues (P11, P13, P21, P23), the queues are organized in pairs. Each Combiner have a defined sequence of Queues priority. If one queue in a pair already contains one item (capacity = 2), the next item should be placed in that same queue. If both queues in a pair are full, the logic should move to the next pair, always respecting the order of the queues.
In my example the operator does not respect the order when picking of available items (refers to the end of the simulation).
Could you please help me to resolve the problem !
