ExpertFit Error continues in Flexsim v. 24.0.1

[ FlexSim 24.0.0 ]

The problem "An Unsupported Operation was Attempted" when we try to use the ExpertFit on Flexsim 2024 Update 1, with an Education Licence using Windows 11 64 bits continues in dispite uninstall and install of software and edit "Register_OCX.bat". This problem wasn't solved in this update.

@Ely Sena, is it a windows "S" system. Are you allowed to work as an adminstrator on this machine? Start FlexSim as an administrator!

@Ely Sena have you tried installing the .msi version? We had some issue like you and when using the .msi version it was well.

You must log into your FlexSim account and download the .msi version

You can't just open the command prompt normally. You have to explicitly select the "Run as administrator" option to open an elevated command prompt:

run-as-admin.pngIf you had run it as an administrator, then the tab would say "Administrador: Prompt de Comando".

You can see in your screenshot that you haven't followed the first step of the instructions.
