Experimenter I get the message says this feature is not available

[ FlexSim 22.2.2 ]

Iam currently using FlexSim 2022 I'm not sure if it's full version. But when I try to use the Experimenter, I get a message that says- "This feature is unavailable in this version." Can someone please help me I need this for my thesis and my defense is in third week of October any help is greatly appreciated thank you very much.

I already did that but I need to email the flexsim and I did that but unfortunately my professor did not help me as she said she has nothing to do with this

Hello @Faustino Mp, I do not understand. Did you reach out to your local FlexSim distributor? They are the only ones who can give you an academic license.

There are features that are not available in the Express version of FlexSim. One of those features in the Experimenter. If you would like to use the experimenter you have to get a license.

I did contact the flexsim. For what I need to do and they give me a form to fill up and it is needed to be sign by my professor and has a stamp but unfortunately my professor doesn't want to be involved as she insisted that she has nothing to do with my transaction as it is a personal account
