This looks like a bug with the Exit Transfer and we'll be looking into it.

A work around you could use right now would be to put a queue in front of each of the combiners and then connect the exit transfers to the queue rather than the combiner.

On a side note, I simplified your process flow in the attached model from this:

307-before.png

To this:

308-after.png

That should make your model easier to work with and maintain.

Thank you

I also seeing that operators are going through the conveyor

IS there a way we can avoid that

When they start to pick the item on the conveyor they walk through the conveyor

I have added network node and Astar does not work for both

See attached

@Raashid Mohammed, this forum works a little different than our old community forum in that each "Answer" is meant to be an actual answer to the question, not a reply to a previous post.

Post-reply conversations are meant to be done in the comments of each answer. This makes finding answers easier for people who are skimming, so I've converted your answer into the comment above.

Also, new questions should be posted as their own question, not added to existing questions. The question you pose in the comment above is reposted here.

@Ben Wilson, where can I find how to use the new forum format. I am not using the modern social media on my own, but you expect all users do that. Where is the manual to read? Otherwise it would be better manner to write an e-mail instead of a comment and then place a sticky thread for the rules here at answers.flexsim.com.

Great point @Jörg Vogel! I just posted an article here that can be the starting point for a "user manual" for answers.flexsim.com.

I hope that no one has been offended by our gentle pushes for how to use the site to this point. We purposely added these pointers as comments so that others could also see and learn how to use this site, not to publicly censure anyone. Hopefully there aren't any hard feelings, but if so, please accept our humblest apologies.

Thanks to everyone who has been using answers.flexsim.com! And again, here are some tips to help keep this community running smoothly and stay organized:
