Exception error When i open process flow window in a new model

Hi,

This error is occuring every time i open a new flexsim model and then try to open the process flow window.

This happens with all the versions, 18 to 21.2.

Is this an graphic issue or a bug?

Hi @Pinakin K ,

If this was a problem with the software, from version 18.0 until now, we'd have a very unhappy userbase :).

Most likely there is a graphics issue on your computer. Please work through the suggestions in this article Graphics Compatibility - Common Problems and Solutions. I suggest to start with updating your graphics driver. If that doesn't solve the problem, try the other suggestions as well.
