Excel Importing Issue

[ FlexSim 22.2.2 ]

I am unable to import excel file in Flexsim in our dedicated high end PC, whereas the same file (same MS Office version 2007) is getting imported in all other ordinary PCs with the same Flexsim version and same Operating System. Even after the first case being licensed and the second one being demo version of Flexsim. Please help me out.

Your screenshot seems to have been compressed/downsized somehow. Could you try uploading a larger version? It is pretty much impossible to make out what the error message is saying.

Just a guess: Could this be a rights management issue; FlexSim not having the permission to open the file due to the directory it is located?

Until we can see the image clearly you can also try repairing MSOffice -something some users have to do frequently.

Please find the screenshot inside the excel. Also I have repaired MSOffice Installation, still the problem is persisting.Excel Error.xlsx

Hi Jason, We have checked their system and instructed their IT team to repair the M.S office installation. They repaired the M.S office and still facing the import exception. The following is the error exception, that they are facing.

Failed to initialize Excel Application!Error Code -2147312566
