Error al quitar proccesor en experiment

Estoy realizando un modelo de una secuencia de distribución de diferentes productos, y necesito encontrar el mejor escenario con menos capacidad de la que se tiene actualmente.

Estoy utilizando experimenter para realizar estos escenarios, sin embargo el programa no me funciona correctamente si busco quitar un procesor en un escenario y en el otro dejarlo tal cual está. Cuando sumo procesadores el experimenter corre bien, pero no es posible quitar procesadores del escenario original.

Cómo puedo solucionar este problema? Muchas gracias
