Empty display and FlexSim fail to response

[ FlexSim 18.2.3 ]

My customer is facing the following problem after starting a new model and FlexSim fail to response. He is able to open model and but FlexSim will also fail to response when closing.

Please advise what should he do. Thanks

These symptoms are pointing to a graphical problem. Please advice your customer to do ALL steps of the article graphical compatibility - common problems and solutions. A have seen these with outdated hardware, not updated graphic drivers and loading web content by default.
