The best way to model a conveyor similar to what you shared would probably be to build multiple smaller conveyor sections at the angles required.

I want to maintain cleats on conveyor need to maintain some qty of flow items on it

and also, I want to control the flow item shapes from source according to the parameter table value changes, can you tell how to do that, bcz its possible in process flow, I don't know it's possible in model source or not.

I am attaching a small model that demonstrates how to build a conveyor similar to what you described. It makes use of multiple conveyor pieces to achieve the desired shape. And it utilizes the power and free option (see attached image) that creates "cleats" on the conveyor to keep the spacing of conveyor objects consistent.
