Dynamic Re-Routing on Conveyor When Target Queue is Full

In my simulation, I have a conveyor model with different exits for each product. However, during the process, the queue connected to the conveyor line where a product is supposed to exit might be full. When this happens, the conveyor stops and waits for available capacity. Instead of stopping, I want the conveyor to keep moving, make a loop, and come back to try again. How can I implement this?
