Double Stacker Crane Deadlock Problem

I am experiencing a deadlock in Double Stacker Crane model (occurring at 1137 seconds).

Please help me how to resolve it.

In the "Other ASRS Busy?" Decide activity, make the token also continue down if the current task of the other ASRS is waiting for a task (meaning it is waiting for the preempting task sequence to end). Then raise the priority of the task sequence that moves it out of the way above that of the interrupting task sequence, so the waiting ASRS can be moved out of the way.
