Does Flexsim supports NVIDIA GeForceRTX2080 graphics card

Can all different version Flexsim work in a computer which's configuration parameters is showed in picture ,especially for NVIDIA GeForceRTX2080 graphics card. Flexsim 7.3 \Flexsim 2018\Flexsim 2019

FlexSim will easily work on this machine, just make sure you have a current graphics driver. However, ray tracing is not supported from FlexSim earlier than 2019.2.0.

Is GTX1080 or GTX1080Ti still recommended as the best fit?

It can meet the needs of FlexSim and VR at the same time.

Hi @wang.yang,

The GTX 1080 is a great card, but the newer generation RTX 20xx cards are generally more performant than the GTX 10xx equivalents. For most FlexSim models, you will have an amazing experience with both a 1080 or 2080.

From the recommended hardware article:

The better/newer/bigger/faster the graphics processor, the better the performance. Integrated graphics (Intel) have gotten much better in recent years, but discrete graphics (Nvidia, AMD) remain the most powerful graphics solution.

FlexSim works best on Nvidia GeForce GTX or RTX cards, but Nvidia Quadro, AMD Radeon, and AMD FirePro are also good solutions. A newer integrated Intel HD, UHD, or Iris graphics solution will work, but in general will not perform as well as discrete graphics.
