If these are distances on a network without any offset travel, then you can assign virtual distances for a network node network.

You can use the command to get about distance between A and B.

@Dilla Da This is your school home work. Should it be your role as a student to explore?

@Dilla Da Please look into the User Manual about Network Node. You should be able to explore more information about virtual distance.

Here is an example model. As Jörg and David mention, you can use the Virtual Distance on network nodes if you want to enforce an exact travel distance.

Make sure to make this setting on both sides of a connection since each network node is only responsible for one direction.

I am not sure what you mean. The example model works and Operator or Transporter are interchangeable. Is everything (processors and transporters) connected to the network?

1. Transporter 2 is connected to NN1, not NN3, where NN3 is on the lathe. Please help.

2. Then, transporter1 does not return to the raw material storage when it is working; it just stays on the lathe. What is the solution?

3. How to solve the problem above?

I have attached the model below. Please help me.

@Dilla Da if your first problem is resolved, please start another thread for the new question.

All objects using the network must connect to the network. The destination that mentioned is not connected to the network.

The solution is to connect the destination object to the network.

Each transporter needs to start connected to a node on the network/path it's supposed to travel on.

None of the network nodes in your model are connected to any object.

To have a transporter return to a default location when idle, use one of the options in the "On Resource Available" trigger.

I have connected the NNs and transporters based on my best guess what looks correct.
