Decision Point - Send Item - doesn't work

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone could help me fix this:

I'm trying to send the white cases coming from DP in red circle, to leave the main conveyor (as seen with red arrow), instead of following the other white cases to the end of the conveyor.

However, my DP trigger doesn't seem to work----does anyone know how to fix this or did I miss something?

I uploaded the fixed model.

The fixed is adding the sorting DP and add another label "GoTo".
