Decision Point: based on multiple conditions and percentages?

It is possible to have a decision point that branches based on both percentages and multiple conditions? I have different probabilities for each PCI that they go in one direction or the other.

So would it check for percentage first, then check for conditions, and if it doesn't meet those conditions jump to a different percentage path?

No, sort of the inverse of that. Checks for condition (PCI label =, in this case) Then assigns a probability of moving to one task or another.
