Dashboard, Model Input: save state?

Is it possible to save Dashboard, Model Input controls state? I mean if Checkbox is checked or not. Also combobox selection etc. Now checkbox is always 0 by default.

Try linking them to parameters in the parameter tables, or to labels on objects.
