Creating items at a certain Model time

If I am understanding you correctly, the By Time of Day option allows you to edit a table for arrivals by the time of the day.

Thanks for the reply. I need to put on the simulation the lunch breaks of the factory. I have during the day a normal distribution of Boxes, and I want to block the sources during the breaks.

I've saw your suggestion earlier, but the problem for me is to run the simulation with different source outputs. With this method i need to re-do the whole table.

I've made an updated version of your model that uses process flow sources to close and open the output of source1. You can use any process flow source you'd like to change the time when work stops. example.fsm
