Creating customized Activity Sets

Hello, is there a way to create customized Activity Sets just like the one I see in HealthCare Activity Sets? I want create activity sets for Emulation connecting with PLC. When you connect with PLC, sometimes we require to return certain signals based on actual machine. I would like to create templates based on the device we are connecting with PLC, so that we don't have to create the logic everytime we set the 3D objects.

If you click on a container and then right click you can add it to a User Library.

Then you can drag out copies of the activity set from the library.
