Create object based on probability defined in Global Table

Hello guys, I would like to ask You for help. I have approx. 120 items in Global Table. Each item has its own "probability of occurrence" value. I need to repeatedly create objects (items) based on the probability value. Is there any other option except for using 120 "create objects" blocks and 120 probability labels with "decide" block? Thanks a lot

@Milan U3, there is a tool in your toolbox to give a support to an empirical distribution.
